I finished the base skirt for the ballgown. After seeing Beauty and the Beast, I came home, messed with my pinned pleats beacuse I had pinned the skirt waist about 1.25" too big, and sewed on the waistband. Add some flossing to your corset. Perfect time "waster" for backstage.

Yay for progress! I decided that I'm going to try and keep up with you on making gala gown progress since we seem to be at about the same place right now. (I just machine sewed the hem facing on my skirt and it just needs ironing and handsewing down at the top of the facing.) That way I will definitely get things done in a timely fashion. :)
