I fixed the sleevil. Or at least mostly. I went with the whole - some pouf is normal, but all the wrinkling is weird. So I changed the shape of the sleeve cap in the back of the underarm, and I rotated part of the sleeve by changing the darts a little. I think it's better now, though I haven't tried it back on with the stays yet. I also bound and

Oh wow! The trimming is so beautiful! The colors are so unusual, but they harmonize perfectly. As for the engageantes, I think they look fine. However, if they bother you, change them! Or, make them removable so you can switch them out easily later. I used some inexpensive cotton lace from Lacebeauty on Etsy for mine and tapered the shape at the front to help them hang better.
