right now i'm curled up on a comfy big couch, watching the snow come down outside, doing some online shopping to complement the real-world shopping i did yesterday. i'm splurging like never before. it feels amazing. and when i get my check, i have $2000 more to spend at tysons ( Read more... )

I'm living in a townhouse that's within stumbling distance of the Vienna stop, only $550 a month. Circle Woods neighborhood in Fairfax. There's some amazing stuff to find on CraigsList.

Four other random guys are my room mates, one of which is the guy who owns the place and is just renting it out to people. When I was looking there were at least two or three other places where they wanted one or two more people to rent, and probably four or five townhouses that were up for sale.
