Deaf awareness week

Apparently 4-10 May is Deaf Awareness Week. While my work will be slightly distracted with an election, they've expressed willingness to do more diversity awareness via the main website, which everyone will be looking at this week

2. You've mixed up your 15 and 8dB around... It should be 6 or 8dB for hearies and 15dB for hearing aid users.

9. I'd remove textrelay prefix as we don't need them with textnumbers. Why obfuscate the issue etc.

Otherwise that looks pretty good! :)
