Gobo was a friend of quite a few people still on my friendslist today(though he disappeared from LJ years ago). He once became slightly "internet famous" for taking over the journal of a user named elgorgo for a while (I think the entries on that are still on Æncyclopedia Dramatica).
So Gobo always mentioned Ellis but finally commented on one of the "Saturday Night Open Mic" entries and got his famous reply.
