Yesterday I wrote about Joe Quesada breaking WGA picket lines to promote Captain America on The Colbert Report.
Not much of a surprise, but a few others noticed this as a potential labor issue as well. Links below.

Joe Quesada, Scab?
What would Captain America do?
No Strike Zone (explains and explores Marvel's interim deal with WGA)

I already consider Colbert, Stewart, Leno, O'Brien, and any other show to be scabbing. There is no way you can convince me there is no scripting or teleprompting being done on those shows.
What makes the Quesada appearance stand out for me is the fact that he is the head of the publishing division of Marvel, who just signed an independent agreement with the writers till the strike is settled. Marvel Comics also employs a small army of television + film writers to write comics. It just seems he would have given more thought to the union and his employees this soon after his parent company signed this deal.
Plus it angers me on a level that if it was my picket line he crossed, I'd probably have happily tossed a pipe wrench at the back of his head.

nope. and I am not sure how this guy's mind works anyways... he is the man who just recently thought it was a good idea to divorce Spider-Man through a deal with the devil.
