Anyone miss the old "Batman" clippings?

Dec 01, 2006 09:31

You remember those old Batman clippings that used to pop up on a semi monthly basis on this "blog"?

Real Life Batmen from all over the world doing good deeds, publicly protesting, or getting arrested for sex crimes?

Well it is long past time to bring it back.

Kamibot will start you in slow so you don't get shocked.

I am sure it is something queer, but I am not up on the Scottish slang

this all makes me think of the 5th of november the other week...bonfire night or guy fawkes night if you prefer.......in the evening i took my dog out in the dark but early before anyone let off fireworks and i met batman and robin.....then i met them again..and again...all different batmen and robins....it was bloody hillarious....they were all walking up to the end of the village to join a parade of floats before the big bonfire and firework display.....and apparently this years theme was superheros or something....i never saw the float but random capped crusaders appearing out of the dark as i walked my dog was far better anyway.

I think Batman is more popular in the UK than the USA anymore...

Which is funny cause we mostly all think Bonfire Night is all about dressing up like the guy in V for Vendetta over here
