Yes. That's exactly what it means. Ever played trouble? (Trouble, pop-o-matic trouble.) It is also very similar.

One of my friends at school keeps Trouble at her desk and there were a lot of cut-throat games between classes this term. Basically, Trouble is AWESOME.
