I ended up skimming-reading the whole book on Friday night. It's really tiny and short so it was accidental.
Cons: Berating language and seemingly harsh messages (slobs, fat is unhealthy, etc.). I think they do a suitable job of clarify most of this stuff towards the end of the book. I am also not sold on their list of "acceptable" foods since

One thing that I thought they did a good job at when I was flipping through it was getting across the point if you don't care about your body no one else will and you have to make it a priority. I really want to get their cookbook when it comes out.
