So I got my placement for this next summer for Camp Adventure. I will be at the Ikego Navy Base and will be living in nearby Yokosuku, Japan(southern Japan). Yeah! for the hott white Navy uniforms! -

Art Reception on Sunday
Okay- So this coming sunday (the 17th) is my Dad's one man show, at the Heritage Gallery in Des Moines, from 1-3. It is the art gallery at the Des Moines courthouse, across from the old Main library. Back in IC
Wow...been a while. Well as you probably guessed, I'm back in the states again. For those who are on facebook, i've posted some of my pics on there. Its weird getting back into the flow of school. Summer Plans
Had a little scare last week. Went to the diabetic doc for a last minute check up, and my A1C came back 10.5. That is the level of newly diagnosed diabetics. So as result, they threatened not to give me medical leave for this summer. So they had me come in yesterday, and retested me. 9.6 this time, and they gave me leave............thank you!!!! Da Vinci and Camp
Well, saw Da Vinci Code Friday night. Was decent. Worth the trip, but was not Oscar winner. I'm a little biased, because I always like the books better (i'm an english major...i can't help it!)
