for the first time in since i don't know when, the ivd are jamming. a 4 chord progression, a nice synth riff & some stripped back guitar. we need more sessions where we just play for playing sake.

Tonight it's just getting back into the playing habit.

We used to do it often then we stopped.

We're also reworking a few established ideas and popificating (new word) a few others.

We'll do our first zen session as of next week, then once a week after that.
