"Yeah, those keys... tricky little suckers, huh." I walk into the room and flop heavily (as heavily as I can, weighing less than the average teenager) onto the couch by the chair where Jordan's sitting. Out comes a quarter and I start flipping it over my fingers - I'm between surgeries and ICU hasn't paged me yet, not that that can last for long. It's probably just because I haven't been assigned any residents or interns, yet. I suppose it's their way of easing me in, hoping I don't explode in a big mess of crazy with too much too soon. "Hey, Jordan."

I groan and look over at him. Nothing wrong with Casey, but who am I to give anybody an easy time? "Hey Casey. How about a hug?" I tease, opening my arms with a fake cheerful smile.

I shake my head sadly, still flipping the coin. It's been properly sterilized, I'm good. "Jordan, Jordan. There's just not enough Zoloft in the world for me to do that with you." I glance over at her. "Get yourself stuck in any good morgues lately?"

I shudder at the mention of the morgue and readjust myself on the couch. "Geez, do you want a thank you that badly?" I turn my head to him and pout-up. "Thanks for be-wing my knight in shining armow, Kewwin." God I'm mean. Heh.

My eyes turn back to the keys and I jingle them a little bit towards him. "Say, Case? What would you do if you knew a guy for awhile, never really spoke to him, slept with him, and you were slowly starting to enjoy him so much that you were thinking of giving him a key to your apartment?"
