Hi, rheged reminded me that I wanted to post the story of Union Jack/Destroyer after the Invaders. So here it is.

Thanks for the scans! I hadn't seen the Citzen V book before so those are especially welcome. Will have to hunt them down.

Oh yes! Now I do remember that last scene from New Invaders. Good stuff!

Aah scanning. I'm always wrestling with that myself. :) These look pretty good to me, but I do wish these were a bit bigger, as I can't make out the words.

That's the problem. Everytime I try to make them bigger, the words get less clear. I can probably write out a transcript, but... it's not the same.

Ah, gotcha. Well, not sure how you are set up, but I scan the pictures in .tif format. Open it in MS Office Picture Manager, make any corrections (I too have a problem with scans being too light or dark), save, and close the picture. Then I open it up again, and use the option to save it in a compressed format, at document size, which converts them to a nice size .jpg. Then when I upload them to Photobucket, I choose 'more options,' and pick either the 800 x 600 or the 1024 x 768 size.

You can probably skip the whole .tif and conversion, and just change the size you upload them to photobucket ... unless the scan is really low resolution .jpg.
