I am off work for two days because of my bad back. Which annoys the hell out of me because when I am lying down, like I am now, I feel fine and like I should be at work. ya might want to go back to the doc to possibly be referred to a physio at some point since it dosnt seem to go away, and if its just soft tissue they could tell you what to do to improve your back supporting muscles.
its no idea going to the gym as long as you hurt.
anyway thats enough know besting for now:P

I've also gone to a masseuse and chiropractor for office-work-induced back pain before. That worked very well.
Do you have any video games you could play, or books you could read?
