I'm so sorry that you're feeling this way. :( Stress and anxiety are terrible, and it's awful to have your thoughts "become" physical symptoms because it feels like it only validates your stress and starts a cycle. (The "lump in the throat" thing is actually common enough that it has it's own name: globus.) *hugs*
