Well, okay. This was going to be a ChristmaHanuKwaanzaSolstice present, but it... wasn't. So now the first half of it is a one-day-late New Year's present.

Each drabble is dedicated to a friend, and if you're not on the list the only thing it means is that I ran out of fandoms/pairings. I used Due South (Ray/Ray), West Wing (Josh/Donna), Sports ( Read more... )

Hee! I saw Turnbull/Fraser, and I thought, "well, that has to be for me..." *g* And so short and sad and I do love a nice bit of angst. Poor hopeless empty Turnbull.... (but there's happy!fic on the way? ^_^)

*g* Well, that would probably be a safe assumption. :P

I have a soft spot for angst. Especially angst with happy endings.

Oh, yes, definitely happy!fic on the way. I won't torture Turnbull any longer... this time.

YAY! Three cheers for The Guy! 2nd season, I think, is the best. Maybe. Depends which season I'm watching at the time. Anyway, maybe watching it will get you back in the groove?

So glad you liked! My favourite is also the Tony/Abby, because it works, I think. Yay! Happy.

Thank you! I'd forgotten about these. So far we've had a bit of fic every day this year. If only I thought this trend would continue.

Thank you!

Oh, my broken boys. If only the missing piece was shaped like a cat and not like a Stetson - I'd sort 'em out!

I also loved the others. Poor Turnbull. *sobs*

Looking forward to the happy bit now.

You're welcome!

Hee! Unfortunately... but maybe we can force-break them a little more so that the edges work around a Cat.

Hee. Yes, poor Turnbull. I'm going to have to plan something special for him.

Oh, me too. I'm a sucker for happy endings. (You know that already.)

Happy ones are here!

It wasn't that Casey didn't have flaws. Dan knew he did, chiefly because he was an expert on flaws, having more of them than anyone he'd ever met. Casey had flaws.

It was just that, usually, the benefits outweighed them.

Which was kind of what Casey was trying to convince him of about the product they were considering.

"Look, if you do a cost-benefit analysis-"

"I should do a cost-benefit analysis on you. You cost me more money..."

"It's top of the line technology!"

"For three hundred dollars."

"Stainless steel sides, guaranteed for ten years..."

"Casey."

"Yeah?"

"It's a toaster."
