So after a month of serious tailbone pain I finally looked up exercises to fix it. It's all shit I normally do but haven't been doing lately.

1. Why did it take me this long? I have health insurance, a job that pays me enough to use my insurance, and the Internet to research alternatives.

I broke my tailbone while pushing Caspian out (I heard it pop! Ack!) and a chiropractor did this incredibly simple twist thing to me that took seriously two minutes once a week for a month or so, and I was better. I hope you can find something that works that well, it really is hard to deal with tailbone pain!

A lot of the exercises are super basic, noninvasive, soothing yoga moves I'd normally do to stretch my back and relieve back pain. Plus, let's face it. The kids think it's awesome when I get on the floor with them.

We arent 12? WE arent made of rubber? We are not invincible? *sad face*

The abuse we have done to ourselves over the years does eventually catch up to us. Alas. yay for getting older.
