I love your Sam right here. He's such a cutie. And Dean too, trying to joke away the seriousness, and not getting why Sam gets pissy every time he mentions girls. :D :D

Dean's sense of humor/sometimes inappropriate timing and Sam's occasional total lack of humor can seriously collide, as we've seen in canon :D It's fun to explore that in fic. Thank you so much for reading!

This gets scarier by the chapter, but I still love it, especially Sam being all Fierce!loyal and promising to protect Dean.

Oooh. Read everything in one sitting just now, and...

This is delightfully creepy and full of lovely boy tension. I'm really curious about the mythology/lore/etc, and I rarely get to read a good case fic that also features Wincestuousness. I love your Dean voice/POV, and you've captured Sam teenage angst perfectly, and his fierce need/love/compulsion with Dean.

Definitely looking forward to more, and kudos to you for taking on such a challenge!

:D :D :D I'm having a lot of fun writing the story this way and coming up with the mythology, lore, trying for twists, turns -- a bit of a thrill ride. And I am really, really glad to hear you like the characterizations of Sam and Dean. Thank you so much!

I hadn't read this yet, and now I'm kinda kerfluffled. DAMN John for his mind games. I mean, the lesson might well be a useful one, but unless there's something to be revealed later on, he's pegging my Jackass Meter pretty high. And I could not love protective!Sam more if I TRIED. Man. This story brings the goosebumps all OVER. Fabulous! Looking forward to the next installment!
