Hi guys! A while back we'd been talking about building an army of sorts. Teaming up to help each other in different ways. Those who were experts at fighting could train others to prepare them for combat, or just self-defense if you're more a lover than a fighter

That could possibly be a point of interest? There are other shape shifters who will most likely have the same problem. We can all attempt to help each other when it comes to learning how to control the shifts.

The animal forms, if one looks at it from a certain angle, can be used to our advantage.

I was a warrior in Cisthene, and led my army. However I fear our ways of battle are much different from yours. I still have never held a gun and am still displeased at the thought of doing so.

If you are assembling an army, I feel I must share my power with you, though I would be eternally grateful if you would tell no one else. I still have the power to turn people to stone with a gaze.

I do not like using it for very complicated reasons when I do not have the need, but will when needed.

Yeah, I really don't like the use of guns, either. And we're not advertising for people to always have one and stuff but--it's important to know how to use them, you know? What if these guys corner a Wanderer? Those are the weapons they use. What if they can't get away, but manage to get one of the weapons instead?

As ugly as it is, I think at this point, it's also necessary.

What were your battles like?

I promise, promise, promise I would tell no one. I may talk a lot but when it comes to the stuff that matters I'd take it to my grave.

If we are to have an army we must organize and train.

Is there anyone you know of who works with metals? Shields would be helpful.

I suppose bullet-proof vests would be even more so.

Hand to hand combat with shields and swords, or spears. At times arrows would be used but I never preferred this way. It is the same with guns. It is not as personal and satisfactory as feeling the connection between you and your opponent when the hilt is driven home.

We do. I've made a list of everything that we'll need to train as safely as possible. My ward is Captain Jack Harkness, so! I have a good idea about what we will need and how much room we'll take up.

I fight with teeth and claws. I'm quick and strong. And I'm... not easy to see.

I have other resources, as I told you on my post from earlier, but I can't make them fight. I can, but I won't. This isn't their shit to be in.

If you need anything for the day of our first session, equipment or something, just let me know! I'd try to have it there.
