I'm having some sort of creative block....and I can't find a place that will cut my stencils for cheap. Every place I called needs like $55-75 as a "one time set up fee" for EACH design...and I can't afford that. Now I'm stuck with continuing to cut them myself, and that sucks because it's really hard sometimes, and repairing stencils sucks too. I

I love a color with blonde underneath btw. My hair used to be fire engine red on top with bleach blonde underneath..it was awesome..but so much work!

and ya, *agrees with warheart* try to see if you can buy craft stuff online. Silk screening sounds like a good idea.
