It is so reterded when people only fix the cosmetic outer appearance of a problem instead of actually seeing HOW to fix what is really wrong. Did your house get damaged from this too much?

Seriously....the maintenance people are gonna bill him for my repairs, so now it's even more money! Not too much damage has been done, they replaced the rotting ceiling, I do have a cracked tile but I can fix it, I just need to bleach the grout and paint and that's about it.....much better than having to take them to court, I'm soo glad it was resolved this way.

Wow thank god someone finally fixed it. Why couldn't maintenance have done thtat literally years ago?? UGH.
Aww I miss letting the animals run around in Petland. That sounds like a good productive day at work with added cuteness :D

Owning a co-op sucks, we are responsible for repairs unless it's in the walls....sort of. I don't know why we pay maintenance if the fuckers can't fix anything, geigh.

I did pretty much the same thing at work today, I love days like these :)
