i have developed a really unhealthy sleep pattern recently and i've decided to kick it. i'm not going to sleep tonight and then maybe i'll get to bed at a reasonahble hour tomorrow. ive been sleeping from like 4:00 AM to like 2:00 PM most days and that nonsense has to stop.
