[Despite the the somewhat sleepy look and finger-brushed hair that's started to get somewhat long again, Riza still managed to pull off looking completely serious.] Dare I ask for a report on what has happened or should I be grateful that the Kraken seems to be taken care of?

The Kraken has been taken care of, yes.

[Her eyes widen a bit on the screen, then narrow and harden.] Who, when, where and how many are missing. Is the Defence Force working on it?

A list is still being compiled by the Defense Force. We're trying to get a count of who is missing, but it looks like more than two dozen, at the lowest estimation. It happened Monday night.

We simply adapt and defend ourselves then get on without lives as best we can in the interim. Give the nature of some the curses that we have experienced, this, though frightening and unexpected, was simply a step up from what we normally do.
