So I went to counselling for the first time.

The dude says that there's something to be found in the fact that I didn't actually bother making an appointment until I missed my exam last week. Reckons I might not like myself that much.

You should check it out - I thought that once I got there it would be a complete disaster and I wouldn't have anything to talk about. Not so... I talked. I also felt substantially more in control of myself when I left.

Which was nice.

...btw - Dr. Who? Legend.

Can't remember what my dude was called... he was good tho... I've only had the initial meeting tho, still waiting for them to get back to me about a regular thing...

Yeah I just went to drop-in the other week, have my 1st meeting on thurs. Was your guy Scottish with dark hair? Is it just me or is the entrance to the damn place too-well hidden? You should ask them for a relaxation cd. It's very fun.

Relaxation CD? Fuck, is that like, whalesong or something? Sounds horrifying. Relaxation CD's, paradoxically, usually make me feel quite agitated. Get this shit off, I'm not in a lift, so I don't have to listen to it!

I don't need a relaxation CD - I've got loads of CD's (none of which could be described as easy listening by even the most warped mind) - i need someone to explain the inside of my head to me!

Tall order, I know...
