Overheating issues, still!

SORRY ABOUT THIS MORNING DUDES my computer SERIOUSLY overheated. At first I thought my mouse had just frozen but swiching the batteries around and re-plugging it didn't work and THEN I realized I couldn't scroll using the arrow keys or alt+tab or ctrl+alt+del. You must get a fan or be sure to use your computer only on a desk and if you already are then get the fan or face your computers complete death and the HP people are soooo hard to deal with. My laptop is now in the garage in pieces as it overheated several times and stopped working altogether.

I do only use it on my desk but the problem is that my desk is actually a pull-down shelf sort of thing and the outflow vent has to face either a cubbyhole or a corner so the airflow is awful. I actually get the best mileage when I pull out a box lid and set it on my bed on top of that and then prop up the corners where the vents are. So yeah I def will need to get a fan for this thing. Gramma's going to go get a new printer today and I'm going with her, so I'll try to pick one up today.
