Sigh...this is beautiful, and I think probably pretty close to what she'd really feel.
Can't wait to see what happens next!

HAHA! You are so right! Silly Brennan...you are the only woman on earth that would want to fight against falling for Seeley Booth. Come ON already!
Thanks for the comment! I'm really glad that you are enjoying this!

I just read all 6 parts together, and it really seems like an episode (or my dream episode). You really get Booth and Brennan. Lots of people write fics where B&B get together, and Brennan is just totally fine with it, and completely succumbs to love. But you really seem to get her; to know that she would have a really difficult time with the emotions and potential consequences of a relationship with Booth.
This is such a wonderful story and I'm really excited to read more!

Poor Brennan. I just want to give her a big hug and then shake her a little bit and tell her to get on a plane BACK to DC when she lands in London. And POOR BOOTH... if they weren't so perfect for each other....
This is wonderful, and was so in character for Brennan (which is often rather difficult!).

Without fully realizing what she was doing, her fingertips rose to the window, where they pressed delicately against the acrylic pane. He was out there somewhere, maybe even waiting to see her plane rise into the air and head away…away from him. It was ridiculous, but she found her eyes scanning the area just looking for the familiar shape of his body or even the Tahoe
Gah, I love that for so many reasons. First just the entire image of it, but also that she indulges in this completely illogical moment.
So why did she suddenly feel an insane desire to beg the captain to turn back and let her go home? Why did it feel as though tears were hovering at the corners of her eyes, just waiting for the blink that would send them sliding down her cheeks?Oh, Bren, (((hugs))) you bottle those emotions up so ( ... )

Oh, Brennan! *shakes head sadly*
Beautiful, and very believable insight into her here, hon. I keep hoping against hope that she'll break down on her layover and take a flight back to DC, but that is definitely too much to hope for.... right? ;) Love the back and forth between the present and the past. I can't tell you how happy I was to see this updated :)
