My roommate will be moving out at the end of April. I haven't decided if I want another roommate. While I can look forward to at-will nudity in the kitchen, I will actually have to pay attention to my spending.

Or I can sell the house - it really is too big for me. But there's so much work that needs done with it to be prettied up for a sale.

is the housing market tanking like it is here? that and the amount of equity you have should probably be part of the equation.

It would probably be a mistake living with a friend. Kinda like the wisdom of lending money to friends. Besides, there's a whole lot of ugly you haven't seen of me.
