When I was on Wellbutrin I had very vivid dreams as people on that drug are prone to do. When I stopped taking it I stopped remembering my dreams. That is until a couple of weeks ago when I had that very bad week. For some reason I got my dreams back. Now they aren't as vividly remembered but still, it is very exciting to remember dreams again.

If you really want to get back to that level of recall, I would strongly recommend keeping a dream journal. Either an actual notebook, a personal recorder, or an online page. I found mine to be VERY useful. I tend to dream rather vividly and lucidly most of the time. I'm not sure if that is a result of really getting in to recording my dreams or not, but ever since I started one, it became stronger and stronger. I haven't actively kept one for some years now, but whenever I do have a dream that stands out as particularly important to me, I write it here in LJ. I should probably go back, as a long term project, and collect and collate all of the ones I have put in here... and that is a lot since I began in 2000. At least, I think it was 2000. :P
