I hear you. A used Ecology book set me back $100. Soft cover. No more than 450 pages in that thing. I'm kinda scared about the books for BioChem.

yeah. I only need THREE books...but the cheapest one comes out at over $75.00 (it's all of a half-inch thick and paperback..for a basic acting class no-less).....ugh. BioChem...I totally don't envy you. >.

Only suggestion I can offer if you haven't purchased already is to check around textbookx.com and even ebay for what you need. If I'm lucky enough, I can get my books second-hand from other students. I know they don't want the equal ass-raping that comes with selling books back.

And just think of the money that the poor bastard got for selling the book back. "$10! WTF! I paid $130 for it!" My Biology book was in pristine condition when I sold it back. I was like. "Damn, should have kept the bitch just for the hell of it."
