We measured and I do not live in 650 square feet of space, I live in

570 square feet of space with another adult, two dogs a bird and TONS of stuff.

Argh.

we lived in 450sq feet for a while, two adults, two kids, and a cat! cramped!!! I feel you're pain!

Its a little nuts since we both have tons of CD's, books, toys, artwork and other generally cool stuff that is worthy of taking up space, if only it had the space to take up!

Oh, I know! We've done it for nearly a year and a half and we are still all happy with each other. The problem is that since we are going to be buying/moving this spring and we've been quietly planning that for a while now, Dan and I keep buying/finding new awesome furniture and chucking it in the attic "for when we move." Its getting a little ridiculous since we could easily furnish a much larger place with ease.

I am just resigned to suffering for a few more months and then just doing a HUGE de-junking when we move. I just have to hold strong for a little while longer...

I feel your pain, I am in the same boat, except I only have one dog... but he is long!

I would die to live in that much space. I think I'll be lucky if we end up in 1000.

I went from a 2000 sq ft to about 500 sq ft with another adult, 4 cats, dog and rabbit. Needless to say more than half of our stuff was in storage. The apartment we just moved into is 1000 sq ft and it feels huge.

That's the figure we're shooting for and the places we've seen that are that big still feel so tiny. I am gunning for maybe a little more like 1200 or even 1100 but we'll see what we can get away with!
