So I was just looking at MLS listings on this one realtor's website and the real estate agent we met a few weeks ago at an open house was on CRACK

Real estate is always some crazy shit. Why the hell was he jerking you guys around like that? Ah yes, I know, he was hoping to squeeze more money out of you.

I actually don't think he was trying to be mean. I think he was trying to get us more space for our money because its true we could buy a much larger place for cheaper in a different neighborhood. But I think when we actually get a realtor we will make it clear that location is slightly more important than space and pretty much anything will be better than what we have right now which is two people, two dogs, one bird and a shitload of crap in about 650 square feet. Not cool.

Location location location, cliche but true I guess. I hope you guys can find what your looking for. I know the feeling of dogs making one's space feel even smaller, my little girl weighs 85lbs and sheds like a mofo.
