The Gym

Dan and I accomplished some big things this weekend. In the domestic department we cleaned the apartment, vacuumed and I carmelized onions for the first time and made french onion soup last night. That is really awesome, I hope you post a bit about your experiences with your physical trainer. That's something I've been interested in for a while (I'm also lost when it comes to "what to do" at the gym, beyond general cardio stuff) but never do it because it's costs so much... someday I will though!

Thanks! I am really excited to start tonight. I want to keep a record of my progress here so I'm sure I'll write more about it and let everyone know if it pans out or not. I really don't see any way it can't but still, you never know...

I hope that you tell us about your exercises with the trainer too! I go to the gym, used to be a gym addict, but never had a personal trainer.

For instance, What did you do to get those thighs all sore? Lunges on a Bosu Ball?

Actually it was squats while extending a medicine ball and then doing that and coming up and jumping while shoving the ball over my head. If that makes any sense.
