We get a letter from the BBB today at work.

Alright, listen to this bullshit.

1. In the letter the customer complains about us not giving him new furniture for a replacement as we fix his other stuff.
2. Complains that we were NOT helpful to him
3. Claims he DOESN'T know the name of the person that sold

And the BBB now thinks that we are a bad business and will post on their site or what not that we are a bad company. This will KILL us.
