To say that the factory had seen better days would be an exaggeration of the worst kind. Everything that hadn't been bolted down -- and some machinery that had been -- was either long gone or lying in pieces on the floor. What had once been the domain of humans had become its own strange imitation of a natural landscape. Rust covered everything Cain's flashlight illuminated like some sort of slowly-creeping mold, orangey-red flakes even falling from the decaying roof in a twisted imitation of snow ( ... )
