I was on that thread as ajmetz82.
I emailed Oli at Soundtree.co.uk - he says it's currently unreleased, but will look into seeing if he can get me a copy.

Did I guess right, and you knew via YouTube, or do you already have a copy and/or know of Polo Club at all?
