Back from Conflikt
Well, here I am in the early AM, just back from Conflikt and trying to stay awake long enough to take the kids to school before I crash for the day. Glad you had a good time. Wish I could have gone, but considering how I was feeling all weekend, and my exciting drama yesterday, it's probably all for the better that I didn't.

Also, since I'm anally retentive about these things, "Molly del Ray" was the sailor's way of saying "Monterrey," not "Molina del Rey" (where the heck did I get that?!?). Anyway, that's where the Mexican army was defeated in the Mexican-American war, and it makes its way into various shanties, as Santa Anna ("Santy Anno") was something of a hero to the British sailors.
