Ok, I did my meta recs list.

Here's my fic recs list, and explanation:

[info]slybrarian - I stalk her LJ to the point I don't trust sga_newsletter.

It's not so much that she hits my kinks, it's that she does it in such a joyous, shamelessly gleeful way. She makes making the hard decisions fun, and silly, and entertaining, and then turns around and makes the consequences of those decisions stick. She makes friends of enemies, and the enemies who won't play nice need new trousers. She fanfics SGA the same way that SGA fanfics every other spaceship/boom/horror/team series ever. The fact that she does it mostly without resorting to McShep is the icing on my cake.

(And I want more Discontinuity, damnit.)

Oh dear. I think that I'm about to fall dead from embarrassed glee at this. Thanks for saying this, it's nice to hear someone say this sort of thing. I do have to make one small, teensy correction though - I'm a man. :D

::dies:: I knew something like this was going to happen. (also the reason why I had this post f-locked, so someone else on my list could take a look at it! Didn't have a chance to privacy-lock it so I could finish formatting/linking/checking everything.)

I'm really sorry about that.::blushes:: It's really really hard to tell on the 'net sometimes, and fandom is so overwhelmingly female I figured it would be safer while I was working on it and had it locked to just...list everyone as female and look everyone up before I opened it to the public.

Will fix right now!

Fixed! (and I'll finish linking stuff in there with the rest of the post. But that part was more important.::sheepish grin::
