That was beautiful. I sometimes become cynical when faced with the blindly self-righteous, and forget the good parts.

"Faith is what continues to cause mankind to defy expectations of all kinds, both good and bad."

I will remeber that the next time I feel myself tending toward intolerance. Thank you for that.

I like this. When I was about ten I came to the same conclusion but had no way to properly convey it. I suppose I couldn't really get past the "one person can be right" part, either. You should have seen his face.

I also don't trust anyone who says "it doesn't matter what you believe in so long as you gain the benefits from having faith."
