We went to see the life-size Gundam in Odaiba. We took so many pics, we`ll have to make a separate album for them. Including one that will need a photoshop contest.
Where was I? Oh, yes...Kevin had given a tour of the Kashima Jingu, answering many questions I had always had. We hit the new sushi chain (sushiro) with wicked cheap kaitenzushi. Rawk

As I drove up to Yamashiro just now (had to correct a balance error I made tonight), I was listening to the BBC. They reported on a stabbing rampage in a mall where I man killed one and injured seven others.

When we went to Kyoto/Osaka to visit Dave and the Love Hotel, I conveniently left my 2Gb camera card at Adam's. I could take a total of 18 images on my camera's drive, but without my cable (also forgotten...in the US), I couldn't extract them until we got home

I could tell you all about the buttloads of temples and shrines and mausoleums (to the first Tokugawa shoguns) that we visited in Nikko. I could also tell you about the amazing Ryokan hotel we stayed at with Futon Ninja and outdoor hot springs surrounded by dense forest

So, we've been staying with _beal_ while in Tokyo (just returned from a blur of fun in Kyoto where we had some back-alley Kyoto ramen and Osaka where we found the Hello Kitty Love Hotel). He was kind enough to let us use his futons during our visit
