I am pretty sure cilantro should NOT be in fried rice. That sounds like a horrible perversion of herbs.

I have a recipe for chinese fried rice! It says "cilantro" right here (added at the end with the spring onions)! *points at book* Plus, it tastes good. Mmmmm.
