Power of the Pen: Keeping in Touch

Writer's block's gone!  It was bizzare--I went to sleep in the car on my way to see my cousin, and when I woke up, I knew exactly what I wanted to write for this chapter!  It's been difficult, since I have the chapter after next already written, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted here.  This does the job, though :)

So--another chapter!  Yay

Yeah... sometimes you have to flag the audience - but it's never fun to write exposition of any kind.
