Cannoli shells

Anyone have a good cannoli shell recipe?

I'm strugging to find one that's not too heavy.

argh! I knew that.. as soon as I read your "LOL" I knew what we were talking about.. I had the shape right - just wrong "course"!! I prefer the pasta personally.. :)

You might like the ones I'm making - filled with a pinapple mango cream instead of the traditional Italian filling.
