Thanksgiving Menu

I'm a little late getting this planned, but I took the time to sit down and do it today. This will be the first year in 6 1/2 years of marriage that we will be alone on Thanksgiving. No guests, no added plates at the table, just Ben, BJ, Sean & I. I'm still going to cook a LOT of food, cuz I love leftovers. :-)   We'll actually be having

People pay $60+ for a turkey???? I would be seriously pissed if I couldn't get one for less than $30! And that would be a bloody good turkey!

I know you have to buy a big arsed turkey for your family but good lord that's expensive.

LOL - that's a "gourmet" turkey, probably free range or some stupid stuff like that. I'm just using the recipe... I wouldn't EVER pay that much for a turkey.

William-Sonoma is a gourmet foody company with overpriced pretty much everything.

Their recipes are pretty good though.
