Ooh, I was going to rec The Kids Aren't Alright - it's such a brilliant piece, and the insight into Tony's psyche is really, really well-handled. And how much do I love Drastically Redefining Protocol? :D

'drastically redefining protocol' is the fic that made me decide maybe i should actually watch this merlin show that everyone was talking about, lmao. idk why i read it before i'd seen the show, but anyway, it worked. XD and i just finished 'the kids aren't alright' the other day and wow, it's awesome. i loved iron man so much, i really love how the fic gives us an unbiased view of tony as a flawed hero. <3333
