[Kitty!Madara clearly is not pleased. Somehow, a collar was secured around his neck and a leash was attached to said collar. Other than being angry from having a collar put on him, Madara looks completely fine. His fur is soft and nicely groomed (due to the spoiling from his brother) and he looks well fed.
