Hmmm... Well, if you're looking for a bit of a workout, the Titans' Tower has a decent training room. I've been working to set it up to test the mettle of our hero population here, but I haven't quite got all the bugs out...

Still, if you're looking for something designed to give you a challenge, it couldn't hurt.
