perhaps livejournal has become some sort of catharsis for me of late. theres no logical reason why I would choose to write here, as I have alienated myself from/been alienated from all of the people who could possibly read this anyway. but I could announce that I would drink gasoline, douse my body in it, and set myself on fire in front of dallas

Of course I/we still read all your posts and still think of you and want the best for you. SMU can be a stifling, conservative hell but soon you'll be free of it and maybe can find an environment that helps you feel more like the amazing person you are - I hope that gives you some small hope, if nothing else.
