You're using the old version of the Friends page - switch to the new one and try to customize it.

So... you're warning me ahead of time that there's a good chance I'll fail at this? I should *try* to customize it, but... what? I shouldn't be alarmed if I totally lack the skills to accomplish this task? I mean, when I tell my kids to 'try ( Read more... )

Quite. Which has led me to do some customizing alright... of FeedReader, so that when this monstrosity is eventually forced on us, I can read my friend's page elsewhere.

I laughed at that too. I mean first of all, if, after ALL YOUR SUGGESTIONS, I have not switched to the new format, obviously, I'm sticking with old format until it's pried from my cold dead keyboard.

Second, "try"? Way to inspire confidence. *eyeroll*

Really? Because I switched to the new feed. I haven't tried customizing it, but across the top of my screen it says the exact opposite:

You're using the new version of the Friends page - switch to the old one.

I don't mind the new setup so much, but again, no customization. But massive fail on the part of whoever wrote that.
