I've got it! Gaia is actually MERLIN!

To wit... I got Gaia when she was six month old.  She still had her baby butt and everything.  She got older (didn't we all?) and staring about two years ago her fur started falling out from the adrenal cancer.

By this time last year she only had fur on her face, her head and her front toes.  By this past summer,

YAY Gaia! Maybe it's the fact that she has energetic company with the boys?

I honestly can't afford to take her right now to find out. :( That may change as early as tomorrow, but until it does, I'm just going to be glad she's doing as well as she is.

I don't know. She hates being out with them - they play too rough for her old bones. But she does like having someone to snuggle with when they sleep. :)

She has this cyst on the outside of her ear that *is* noticeably growing. I'm not so delusional as to think she isn't a mass of moving tumor... but I think her body hit the weather change and went, "oh winter! We need to do fur for winter!" And kicked it in.
