Right? I mean, I wasn't expecting full name, home address and SS# or anything, but a simple "Lisa K." or something is too much to ask?

Now that I look at it more, though, I wonder if that's their job position, like Attorney 3 or Clerk 2. Which, again, why not give a name?

Yeah, it is, but if you signed it, would you say something like,

Sincerely,
Kyrdwyn, Lawyer 6

or something? It's just oddly impersonal... from the personnel dept.

To me it sounds like they're doing it to their own people. "Applicant Support Coordinator 5" is the person answering the email?
